Janice is an award-winning entrepreneur in technology and reverse logistics who has served as PALCO’s Chairman and CEO since 2000. Under her leadership, the company has expanded to global markets including The Netherlands, Malaysia and Mexico. PALCO provides supply chain solutions for Fortune 500 companies and the Department of Defense. PALCO is a nationally certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) through the U.S. Small Business Association. Janice was honored as the 2011 WBE Star by WBENC, 2013 Advocate of the Year by the Women’s Business Enterprise Council South, 2018 WBE Who Rocks by the Minority Business Entrepreneur magazine, 2018 Girl Scout’s Woman of Distinction and a Women’s Enterprise USA Top CEO. A member of the WBENC Forum since 2013 she serves as Forum Team Leader on the Government Committee. PALCO was honored as the 2019 Small Business of the Year Award by the Huntsville-Madison Chamber of Commerce. In 2020, she was honored as an Enterprising Women of the Year by Enterprising Women magazine. Janice earned a Master of Public Administration degree from New York University.

Randy serves as PALCO’s President, a role he has had since 1999 overseeing the global expansion of the company. He brings a wealth of experience in operations and finance in the telecommunications industry including leadership roles at CTG/British Telecom, PLC in New York, TIEsystems in Overland Park, Kansas and American Mobile Satellite Sales Corporation in Reston, Virginia. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Mathematics at New York University as well as a Master of Professional Studies degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. He has a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from Harvard Business School.

Phil is Vice President of Sales and Operations at PALCO, serving in this role since 2004. His career spans 37 years in telecommunications including customer service and support for technology products. He began his career in 1984 at Intergraph Corporation, an early leader in the distributed computing business and provider of computer servers, workstations, software and services. He was selected to spearhead the creation of Teranetix, a division of Intergraph, as Director of Business Development in 1999. At PALCO, Phil helped lead the expansion of operations in 2010 in Europe as well as Mexico and APAC in 2015. He has overseen implementation of reverse logistics data acquisition and management systems, customer facing software platforms and growth into new markets. He is an active member of the Reverse Logistics Association promoting best practices and innovation. His community efforts include forging a curriculum at regional colleges to create a better trained workforce

Mike is Vice President of Quality and Operations at PALCO, responsible for worldwide development, improvement, implementation and maintenance of ISO/TL Management Systems registrations. He leads client and supplier qualifications as well as social and environmental health and safety programs at PALCO. He is an active member of the TIA QuEST Forum and helped shape the future of TL 9000 Quality Management System with the development of its requirements and measurements handbooks. Prior to joining PALCO, Mike spent 20 years in key positions with Intergraph Corporation and GTE Communication Systems. He served as the key interface with clients from around the world in the resolution of quality issues.
